To put not too fine a point on it, we recruit only those with a mature professional approach to their career, who have the skills and are prepared to turn up on time, do a good days work, regardless of their age.

We draw from our extensive pool of resources in order to select the candidates who best suit your requirements.  To enable us to recruit most effectively we:

  1. visit your site to identify the culture
  2. interview all candidates – without exception
  3. test candidates for their stated skills
  4. deal with all interview arrangements on your behalf
  5. verbally make the offer on your behalf and negotiate if necessary      

           
Only CV’s of candidates who are relevant to the job specification and company culture are forwarded to you.

We are also able to provide additional services to meet your needs i.e. Interviewing facilities - when it’s not possible to do so in your own premises; on-line MS Office training for your employees or where a candidate in whom you may be interested is lacking.
