Established in 2000, we specialised in the recruitment of mature people, in order to go some way towards redressing the balance between the thousands of agencies dealing with youngsters and the lack of those for mature candidates. Well, we’ve won the battle but have we won the war?
Now that age diversity is a legal requirement, all those agencies who didn’t want to know the mature candidate have now been forced into doing so. However, have the Leopards really changed their spots or are they merely paying lip service.
Here at Thirty Plus we haven’t changed at all. We continue to specialise in more mature candidates whilst not discriminating against younger candidates, as normal. Age is immaterial, merely a number, what we screen for are, skills, experience and a professional attitude.
